The living room has a huge and comfy sectional sofa and flat-screen TV with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the entire family. It has plenty of counter and cabinet space, stealing steel appliances, plus a large island with seating for four people. Just off the kitchen, an open dining area seats ten comfortably around the dining table. Patio deck is equipped with outside seating, loungers and a beautiful private pool. Located on the first floor, you will find a bedroom beautifully decorated with shades of blue, queen size bed and flat screen TV. The first floor also offers a master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks & walk in shower. Also on the second floor, there are three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, bathroom with a walk in shower, double sink and a tub. The second and third bedroom are perfect for children or young adults, featuring a bunk bed (full over full) and another bedroom with two regular double beds. Full size washer and dryer are available on the 1st floor along with pool towels. Pool heater is an additional $45 +taxes per day. Pool heater needs to be added to the entire reservation and needs to be requested within 48 hours prior check in. If pool heater is requested during the 48 of arrival or after check in, an additional service fee of $45 will be charged to send someone over to turn it on. Pool takes between 8 - 15 hours to warm (pool temperature is set to 87 - 93F). Pool does not reach high temperatures like a jacuzzi.
