The open floor living space offers a kitchen, living room and dining space flowing together. The living room has a sofa, beautiful green accent chair and flat-screen TV with Cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family. It has plenty of counter and cabinet space, stealing steel appliances, plus a large island with seating for four people. Just off the kitchen, an open dining area seats six people comfortably around the dining table. Patio deck is equipped with a private splash pool, outside dining and loungers. Located on the first floor, you will find a bedroom beautifully decorated with a queen size bed and flat screen TV as well as a bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom offers a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks & walk in shower. Also on the second floor, there are two additional themed bedrooms, both featuring a full bed plus a bunk bed twin. Optional pool heat is available for an extra $35/night. Pool heater needs to be requested up to 48h prior check in and added to the entire reservation. Pool temperature is set between 87-90F. ***Grills are not provided. Grills can be rented out with a 3rd party company for $50-$75 per week (deliver, pick up and propane included).***
