The open floor living space offers a kitchen, living room and dining space flowing together. The living room has a sofa and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family. It has plenty of counter and cabinet space, stealing steel appliances, plus a large island with seating for four people. Just off the kitchen, an open dining area seats eight comfortably around the dining table. Patio deck is equipped with a private splash pool, outside dining and loungers. Located on the first floor, you will find a bedroom beautifully decorated with a queen size bed and flat screen TV and another bedroom with a full over twin bunk bed. The upstairs master bedroom offers a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks & walk in shower. Also on the second floor, there are two additional guest bedrooms, one featuring another king size bed and another one featuring a Disney themed decor. Optional pool heat is available for an extra $35/night. Pool heater needs to be requested up to 48h prior check in and added to the entire reservation. Pool temperature is set between 87-90F. ***Grills are not provided. Grills can be rented out with a 3rd party company for $50-$75 per week (deliver, pick up and propane included).***
